KONGEKRABBE meal

The king crab was first observed in Norway in 1977. From being an undesirable species in our waters, it has long been a resource for very many fishermen. The king crab can walk up to 13 km in a day and it feeds on seaweed, kelp and plankton.

The king crab is among the largest crustaceans in existence. The meat is very tasty and it is very filling as there is a lot of protein in the meat.

In any case, we prepare a good taste of the king crab and the meal is eaten by the fire. Freshly baked bread, mayonnaise and lemon are served. Bonfire coffee is of course included.

Varighet:  ca 1 ½ – 2 timer.
